We’re already dealing with a pretty tough blow with the loss of Avery Bradley in this series. Now the Celtics, desperate for shooting, are dealing with the potential loss of one of the only guys who can be counted on (usually) to hit 3’s.

Say what you want about Olynyk’s inconsistency, the threat of him behind the 3 point line is dangerous. Remember, we were pushing for him to be in the 3-point shootout at All Star weekend. He can get hot fast, and he creates space that allows at least SOME lanes to the hoop. If Olynyk AND Bradley are out, two of their most reliable 3-point threats will be on the sidelines.
We’re now looking at a situation where Terry Rozier and RJ Hunter might be pressed into duty. Hope all that time in Maine comes in handy here.
