This is a static restoration of redsarmy.com, a Boston Celtics fan blog that went offline on 1 December 2016. Every page here was recovered from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
Nothing here is live. No article text was edited — what you read is what the Wayback Machine captured.
The archive is anchored to the snapshot 20161119102746 — the last capture of the
front page before the site shut down. For every URL the capture closest to that moment was chosen,
so the whole site reads as one consistent point in time rather than a mix of eras.
| Pages recovered | 12,572 of 12,616 (99.7%) |
|---|---|
| Reachable by clicking | 100%, via the archive index |
| Images recovered | about 56% of those the 2015–16 pages reference |
Missing images show a plain grey box at the original image's size. They were never captured by the Wayback Machine and cannot be recovered from anywhere. The article text is complete.
Tag pages, paginated lists and the last nine posts (14–18 November 2016) are missing for the same reason — the crawler never reached them before the site went down.
The 2016 pages carried advertising and analytics from around 300 outside domains. All of it has been removed — several of those domains are now owned by someone else, and leaving their scripts in place would let a stranger run code on this site. Content embeds (YouTube, Twitter, Vimeo) were kept.
The original site paged through old posts with /page/2/ links, which the Wayback Machine
almost never captured — that left roughly 4,500 articles present but unreachable by clicking.
The archive index and
headline search were added during archiving to fix that. They are
the only parts of this site that are not original.
All writing, photography and design belong to the original Red's Army team. This archive exists to keep their work readable, not to claim it.
