Bayless, Rondo propel Celtics past Hawks

Jerryd Bayless came within two points of his career high, as his 29 points helped Boston get a rare win at the Garden last night. With Sully, Olynyk & Bradley still among the wounded, someone was going to need to step up, and JB was that someone.

Rajon Rondo also had a big game as the captain put in 22 of his own to go with 11 assists. It was Boston’s second win in it’s last eight tries. The Celtics now face a bevy of playoff-bound teams over the next few weeks, with games against the Pacers (twice), Warriors, Heat, Nets, (twice) Mavericks & Suns to name a few.

Check out some video, via YouTube, of Bayless & Rajon below..

With all the war movies I’ve been watching lately, I didn’t even blink at “the wounded”. LOL, that’s hilarious. This season puts the team in such serious peril that “wounded” is about what if feels like right now.
