Celtkicks: Avery Bradley rocks adidas “Crazy 1″

KWAPT January 6, 2014 Avery Bradley, CeltKicks 3 Comments

Avery Bradley’s shiny gold kicks caused quite the buzz on social media last night. CSNNE’s Mike Gorman even made a comment about them during Boston’s loss to the OKC Thunder.

Sole Collector has the scoop on Bradley’s adidas Crazy One “Awards Season”:

Debuted by Iman Shumpert and Avery Bradley in their respective games yesterday, the shoe features an award-inspired gold synthetic upper, with classy hits of white on the tongue, collar and midsole. Plush red liners and insoles mimic the feel of a red carpet. As of now, expect these to remain exclusive to the players and unreleased to the general public. Let us know if you’d like to see adidas reconsider that below.

According to Sole’s Brandon Richard, adidas calls this version of the Crazy One the “Awards Season” due to the upcoming honors for stage, screen, tv & popular music. You can check out more pics of the shoe in the gallery below.

Werent these Kobe’s first shoes with Adidas? Ive always hated these things. The gray ones look like Bender from Futurama’s feet.

Yessir. They were indeed Kobe’s first shoe. Was never much of a fan myself. These gold ones however are a lot more tolerable than some of the others.
