Avery goes off & another block party for Vitor

One positive to take away from last night’s loss to the Wolves was the play of Avery Bradley (shot chart above). AB scored 27 points, 1 shy of his career-high, on an array of smooth jumpers and drives to the hoop. Also of note last night, C’s rookie Vitor Faverani had himself another impressive line; 4 blocks, 3 steals, 14 rebounds & 9 points in 26 minutes of play. Vitor is currently in the top 15 for blocks in the NBA, and I’ve no doubt he’d be even higher if he had played more minutes.

RD6 has your video highlights from both Avery & Vitor’s impressive performances in Minnesota last night:

Yup, I’ve been preaching for years now Danny should look more overseas. Just hope this gives him a boost in the right direction

Fav reminds me of Semih Erden. Not by the way they play but Semih was really solid when he was playing alongside KG for us. Makes you wonder why Danny hasn’t been looking overseas for bigs the past few years.

I hate to nitpick but 27 points on 23 shots seems a little off. Wish Bradley would get to the line more. Ive been focused on shot output and production lately so only reason I noticed. Nice game nonetheless. Bradley has been our most aggressive offensive player.

Fav and sully should be starting. Our best rebounders and defenders in the front court. How is Faveranis mid range game?
