Jeff Green puts in 22 at Memphis

The Celtics are off tonight, and will try to get their first win of the season on Wednesday. The Utah Jazz may also be looking for their first win tomorrow night at the Garden, depending on how they fare against the Nets tonight.

Despite keeping things close down the stretch, Boston could not get it done last night in Memphis. One of the bright spots was Jeff Green. Despite struggling in the final quarter, Green finished with 22 points on 6 of 12 shooting, 5 rebs, 1 assist & 1 block. He also knocked down 9 of his 12 free-throw attempts. RD6 has all of Green’s highlights from last night’s game:

Utah also plays today, so they both can be 1-4.

Right on the money with the James Worthy comparison. Waiting on our MVP is torture, but we want him at 100 percent. So we wait. And Stevens has to figure out the bigs, so they can be the most effective they can be. Bass-Fav-Sully-KO-Hump.
