I’m not sure why I posted these photos. Guess I needed a good cry.

If you’re big on self-inflicted pain, Nets Daily has the scoop on the jerseys.

CSNNE is airing a “Truth be Told” special tonight at 8. More tears.

    Those jerseys suck. Damn..

Im happy for them. C’s were going to go nowhere with them this year. I know it, you know it, Danny knew it. On to the future. Im not sure what our record will be, but we will not be terrible.

I am happy for them as well. It would be far more painful for me to watch them fade away on a languishing Celtics team when they still had the talent to help a contender.

The new Nets jerseys look a little old school. I like them. I hate all the new flashy logos and numbers. I prefer the old school Celtic ones. This trae makes me sad. As long as we can dump Humphries I am ok. I rather see our younger new guys get playing time this season.

if only Ainge can somehow dump Wallace…that would be a major accomplishment!

      I’d rather Ainge dump himself.

At this point, it’s all about defeating the Evil Miami Heat. PP and KG were not going to do it without more help than we can give them. I hope they take down LeBitch, TurtleHead, CheapShot Wade, Mario Floppin Chalmers, Turdman, and that other guy who’s name we will never mention on a Celtics blog again….

Really didn’t need to see this…..can understand why but still feels wrong.
PP and KG I hope you guys get another ring, too bad it wasn’t with the C’s.

    How old are you?

Did we really even clear any salary with this move? Still over the cap right? Got younger-barely? We’re not exactly a bottom dweller, Rondo, Bradley, Green, Wallace and Sully/Olynyk, Humphries,Bass and Brooks off the bench. I was one for moving KG and Paul, but for a reason, like Josh Smith or Monta Ellis, or some of the Clippers, but this confuses me now. I get the draft picks, but either Rondo is gone by the trade deadline or none of this makes any sense.

    I just thought about this:

After all that has happened in the past month, from the heat winning, to this trade, to doc leaving, is ray Allen’s decision to leave more “justified”?

Don’t get me wrong, I will always lose a lot of respect for someone who leaves to go to the same team that just beat him. However, it now seems to me that the loyalty that we all wanted him to show the celtics clearly didn’t exist, not only between him and the celtics or vice versa, but also between the celtics and any player, or even doc and the celtics.

In the end, my point is that though I still lost respect for Allen taking the easy way out, his decision to leave doesn’t seem as much like betrayal like it did before.

He had every right to go where he wanted. Just really wish it didn’t work out for him lol. That corner 3 to tie vs San Antonio was vintage Ray. As for your question, Doc’s leaving has made me lose any bad feelings toward Ray. Again, I understand why he left but feel it went against a lot of the things he preached. “Beat LA”.

  • CMoney38

In a weak East, if Rondo is at full strength the whole year, the Celts are a playoff team. Gross.

KG is wearing #2 on the Nets homepage.
