NYK on verge of trade for Bargnani, free agency begins at 12m

.According to Woj, the New York Knicks are on the verge of a deal to acquire Andrea Bargnani from Toronto:

The Toronto Raptors are finalizing an agreement on a trade to send former No. 1 overall pick Andrea Bargnani to the New York Knicks, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

 The Knicks will send their 2016 first-round pick to the Raptors, and a package that includes Marcus Camby and Steve Novak, league sources said.

The Knicks will also send two future second-round picks to Toronto, sources said.

The oft-injured Bargnani missed 47 games last season, and the Sporting News’ Sean Deveney tweeted this tidbit of info:

In other news since the original post, Houston has sent Thomas Robinson to Portland, and is supposedly shopping both Jeremy Lin and Omer Asik, and JJ Redick has most likely played his last game for the Bucks . The madness has started…

    Interesting note: Ray played in more games than anybody eles in the league this past season.

        I’m assuming he means regular season+playoffs though I am too lazy to check if he is right or wrong. Then again Ray’s minutes and role were reduced quite a bit, so I am not surprised if what forever_green said is true.
