I find it funny how lakers announcers were saying this was a statement game. The hornets/pelicans are tied for the 4th worst record in the league! Lol I live in LA and the glorifying of the hapless Lakers is sickening and funny! Lol

  I also live here and thought the exact same thing. Some of these guys are literally salesman more than anything. I was laughing on the way into work, the “they will build on this and totally change team chemistry”.

    I also live here, and I hated the comeback. But after seeing this play, I thought these Pelicans deserved to lose. That was junior high BS, and that coach should be fired.
    
    But yeah, Ireland/Kellerman/Willard are all going overboard with the “this team is going to scare some teams”. Spurs, OKC and Clippers aren’t afraid of these Fakers, I know that.

How is there nobody by the basket? Why would you put all five guys in the back court? That’s not just on those five players, the entire team forgot, including the coach.
