Thanks for the videos, they’re great. That was an exciting game, and I feel honored to have been part of the jungle that night. I didn’t sit down for even one second of this one! Alas, it is probably the last time I have seen this group play in real life, since I will be back in my native country for the summer by the time the Finals roll around. So I’ll just take this time and place to express that, as a basketball and Celtics fan, it was an enormous joy to have a couple of chances to see these guys play (winning all of the games I was there!). Getting introduced to the NBA in the mid 90s, especially Ray and KG have been some of my favorites for as long as I’ve been watching this game, so it was great to finally get that chance to see them play for my favorite team. Whether they will still be here when I return to Boston this fall or not, I want say thanks to them for what they have given the Celtics – and the memories they and all those folks in the Garden (that crowd was amazing!) have given me.
Now, for all of you who have tickets for upcoming games – keep the jungle alive! I think the Heat didn’t know what hit them from warm-ups to the end of the game, so let’s continue to make them feel uncomfortable. Go Celtics!
