look at the picture of ray allen(6th one down) and how his feet aren’t in the same position….it seems like you can actually see him favoring one leg or at least that’s what it appears to be in the photo. Could just be random but it seems like ray’s body is usually squared up including his legs/feet but the picture makes it seem like he primarily lifted off his good ankle. Could just be looking too much into it, but for somebody who dedicates so much time perfecting his mechanics and repeating the same motion, having that injured ankle is going to throw off everything, turning ray into an average shooter. Its that confidence or lack thereof that he was talking about.
