Just watching the GIF when Paul fakes Battier at the perimeter and somehow gets to the rim, I’m always amazed at his ability to cut through the paint despite not having any speed.

Indeed. I think w/Paul, while he lacks some speed, he makes-up for it in craftiness. I.E. through experience, he knows just the right moves to make & when to make them-especially on certain guys he’s played against year after year.

PP is the ultimate sleeper…its like when you pull up to a crappy honda civic at a red light and its all primer gray and has a spoiler made out of 2×4′s…then it smokes you off the line with its turbo charged NOS injected monster of an engine…you just got smoked Battier, smoked bad.
