Highlights from Doc here:
- Jeff Green will handle the ball and initiate the offense at times
- Nenad Krstic will start at center until Shaq gets back
- Both guys will play: "We'll throw 'em into the fire"
- Shaq will stay in Boston and continue to work out and he may play in the first game back (Wed vs. Phoenix)
