Great news on the injury front

Finally some good injury-related news. Via the Boston Celtics official Twitter page :

"Kendrick Perkins expects to return to practice next week, while Doc says KG could be back in the lineup as early as Monday vs. Houston."

I personally saw Perk workout last week for about 30 minutes before the TWolves games, and he definitely looked like he was moving around very well. He was in great spirits and looked eager to get back out there.

As far as the Big Ticket, Doc was quoted pregame tonight as saying he won't practice him, "we'll just throw him right in there."

So if Perk returns to practice next week, give him two weeks of drills and plays, he could potentially be back for the first of our games against the Lakers. I would love to see him go into that guy… and break Bynum’s knee in the process.

Yess very wonderful news, and also heard Delonte could be back as soon as 3 weeks also!

it’s not wishful thinking, but watching this team make a run when healthy will be fun
