Hey… Rajon Rondo is on pace to be named an All Star game starter… which is an honor he really deserves.  But he's being closely chased by Derrick Rose.  So why don't you head over to the All Star voting page and do your duty as the fan of a big market team:  Ridiculously stuff the ballot box so we can get all our guys into the game.

Rondo has been beast this season. Great player. Rondo’s birthday will be on This Day in History: February 22nd, which might preview tomorrow.

I’m having second thoughts voting for him. It’s not that he doesn’t deserve it but I feel it’ll be better to rest him come all star weekend as the C’s gear up for the homestretch.

  • Go Celtics!

    Thanks RA! Love that gif.
Rondo is going to be voted in by the coaches regardless. He’s not going to rest that weekend. Might as well get in as a starter. I like our boy becoming a household name.

    Dear Ray,
Thanks for taking a contested three with 7 seconds left on the clock today to hand the Celtics a loss. Not sure if you knew, but you were only down by two points. I guess finding an open teammate and passing the ball hadn’t occurred to you. Everybody knows you can’t hit shots with guys covering you, especially when you’ve got to dribble to create the shot. I think you’re the only one who doesn’t know that. Anyway, good luck in the all-star voting. I know I won’t be voting for you.
    Sincerely,
    Your Biggest Fan
