J.O. hints towards returning soon

Jermaine O'Neal practiced with no restrictions yesterday at the C's Waltham training facility. This is great news for a team who's injury problems have struck hardest at the center position.

It was J.O.'s fist full practice in about a month, and it was obvious he was ecstatic to be back in action. Later on in the evening he tweeted: "I had my first full practice with the team today in more than a month and damn it felt good to be back out there with my brothers again! "

The Big Shamrock also practiced yesterday, and according to ESPN Boston's Chris Forsberg, he will be a game-time decision today when the Celtics face the Pacers at the Garden. Semih did not practice on Saturday due to what the Celts said was a "groin pull."

Shortly after Jermaine tweeted about having a good practice, he put out another tweet hinting that he'll be on the court Christmas Day in Orlando.. That truly would be a welcome gift to the C's roster.

The oly reason that JO should go back to the C’s is to hand in his letter to retire. That guy has nothing left in the tank and be seen more as dead weight than anything else

um. Wrong. Bro, obviously you didnt watch his fist seven games. Scoring high of 12 (twice) rebound high of 9 (7 another game) while never playing even more than 20 min.
I know you have this “blog” on hoops, but Jermaine is a great addition to the team. Allows KG to rest in situations where the PF that KG is guarding tall/longer that Big Baby has a tough time against due to his lack of size/hops.
Jermaine- cant wait to have you back bro!

Do you watch basketball? You fail to mention that during one of his 12 point “explosions”, O’Neal had ZERO rebounds. Also, in almost every game he managed to play in, he was in foul trouble.
But all those points are moot because the guy can’t stay healthy, so he’s pointless to even depend on.

He also plays incredibly good defense

Sorry, i’m just gay and need publicity for my blog. I believe I can’t do it with positive posts, so I do it with negative ones, even though I would love JO as a husband.

He did have some really good defensive games my man. But I do agree that his body is breaking down and I’d be surprised if he plays half of the remaining games left on the schedule. If he can get some kind of consistency and stay healthy, maybe..but it’s a big maybe.
