“Surgery [Tuesday] and then we’ll know more after that,” Rivers said after practice on Monday.

Rivers aded starting point guard Rajon Rondo’s left hamstring is no longer an issue but his sore left foot still remains troublesome. “The foot is the bigger issue. The hamstring [injury] is gone for the most part.” Rivers said.

Well… we'll see how it goes.  I hope it's only a couple of months.

And I still don't like Rondo's plantar fasciitis.  Just don't like that at all

I just want to tell you both good luck. We’re all counting on you.
I am serious… and don’t call me Shirley.
I’m doing everything I can… and stop calling me Shirley!

Im of the opinion that Rondo should get extended rest to heal the foot to the max extent possible. Like a month off if need be. Sounds crazy, and we would all go into withdrawal (or at least I would) but it might be for the best. Its a long season. Sit him, play Nate until his legs fall off, take the losses, and be ready to kick ass when RR gets back.
The chances of this scenario actually happening are between 0 and 1%.

hopefully he can get a good stretch at the end of the year to get back into the flow before the playoffs. Also just wondering, any reason Delonte isn’t in the website banner?
