Ten games into the season seems like a good time to check the stat sheets.

Rajon Rondo leads the league in assists – 15.1 per game. He's averaging a whopping 4.5 apg more than his closest competitor – Jason Kidd

While Rondo's turnovers per game (3.8) may seem a tad high, it's lower than Steve Nash, Deron Williams, John Wall, Derrick Rose and LeBron James.

Rajon is tied for 4th in steals – 2.7 per game.

Kevin Garnett is 10th in the league in rebounding – 10.4 per game. When counting only defensive rebounds, KG is 3rd – 9.2 per game.

Ray Allen is shooting a ridiculous 45.9% 3FG. That's 6 percentage points higher than his career average of 39.6.

Rondo (3rd – 41.1) and Ray (5th – 39.7) rank in the top 5 in minutes per game. Not good.

Paul Pierce is shooting 94.1% FT – tied for 2nd. He's 21st in scoring – 21.0.

Glen Davis ranks 15th in FG% – 55.3% and 12th in fouls per game – 3.5.

Maybe the 3 over-time games contribute to the high minutes for both Ray and Rondo?
That also pumps up Rondo’s assist number too..

Is there possibly enough bronze in the world to immortalize Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce’s sacs?

  • Delonte will be taking minutes from Ray, Rondo and even PP.

The most important stat above is KG’s numbers. He truly looks back to 2007-08 form.
