Which is the better Tony Allen alley oop?

Yesterday, from Rajon Rondo?

Or in January, from Paul Pierce.

Yesterday’s made me jump out of my seat and scream. And re-watch it about 5 times. That was so sick. A more furious finish to it, too. Easy winner to me.

I will give the one from Rondo extra credit because it is the playoffs but the one from Pierce was epic. That dunk does not get enough credit. He catches the lob, ducks under the backboard while he cocks the ball back and then finishes strong. That dunk was absurd.

  • PP’s dunk was absurd. TA’s will be more memorable b/c it is the playoffs.

  • * by that I mean, PP’s feed was absurd.. The Rondo feed is more memorable…

Rondo’s pass was perfect. Dunk was more memorable for being in the playoffs, but there’s NO question that the Pierce one was MUCH harder. Hell, the pass was BEHIND TA, so he had to stretch back to get it, with one hand, then slam it down, all in one motion. Not many guys in the league can do that.

Not even close in my opinon.. The NJ Nets one is better.

Gotta be yesterdays.. It was in the playoffs…The other against a JV team…

Plus, awesome recognition by Tony and Rondo.

My precise feelings! Couldn’t have said it better.

The one from Pierce is just sick cause the pass was a bit behind him and he really had to stretch to throw it down.
There’s alot of things that are hard to believe about this team, one being I really hope they bring TA back next year.

Degree of difficulty…Nets game for sure.

Nets = better dunk / more athletic
playoffs = better play all around
