Kendrick Perkins will miss tonight’s game with a sore knee. Rasheed Wallace will get the start.
heard about this site. sounds like u got some really knowledgable Celtics fans on here. anyways,
perk really needs a break. he looks fatigued out there and the kings are weak so its a good time.
good call by Doc
Cool man.. glad to have you swing by. Hope you stick around for a while.
Biggest news of the night: Doc explained before the game why we have sometimes seen two different KGs from game to game (e.g., Rockets after Knicks). He said they’re working him extra hard between games, so that sometimes he just can’t bring it in the actual game. That must mean extra-hard muscle-building exercises. Doc finished by saying he will DEFINITELY have it all for the playoffs, which is their goal.
This is huge, because it removes (almost) all doubt regarding which KG will be there in the playoffs. Which KG will we get? 100% of the 2008 version, that’s which.
I’m trying to imagine who is gonna beat this team once KG, Paul and Ray are all at 100%, and Rondo = about 150% of what he was in 2008, and the bench so much stronger, and even Perk, when well, playing better than then. I can’t think of anybody…..
Nice analysis DR! I thought that too. KG gets strong enough and his leg will have the stability for him to perform.
