All make sense except for AI – hopefully he’ll fake an injury cos that’s a joke…

LOVE KG but he should pass cause he does not deserve to be on the all star roster along with AI. I have to agree with Ray Allen, players that barley played due to what ever their reason may be should sit out and let more deserving players partake.

    lol
doesnnt make any sense, and he doesnt deserve it

TNT eveyone had rondo making it!!!!!

  • ssshady35 aka ANGRY TURK

“doesnnt make sense” What doesn’t make sense? The fact that he has been out half the season with injuries? Or that players that have been playing well should be noticed for their play?

  • ssshady35 aka ANGRY TURK

I agree Rondo should be in and AI should be out!!

even when healthy KG hasnt played like an all star, and yes he has missed alot of time…Chris Bosh should be starting in his place

  • ssshady35 aka ANGRY TURK

    I agree.

  • evan

Where is Chris Kaman???? Averaging 20 and 9 this year and isn’t in the top 10 centers

  • DRJ

So… which backcourt looks better: Kobe + Nash, or DWade + AI ?? AI, who was hair away from not being on ANY team this season. Duh.
Further proof that the ASG is a big joke. I guess if the guys like it then why not, as a lark. But to take it seriously?…

  • S

    KG should pass and rest
it’d be a shame is he was injured during the event

  • Jason

Similarly I hope Rondo gets snubbed. I think it would return the chip to his shoulder, refocus him, fuel him. Being taken for granted, insulted for supposed immaturity and being ranked as a second tier PG seems to have done wonders over the last 18 months, but lately instead of getting up for games, he seems a tad complacent like he doesn’t have to give 100% to dominate his opposing PG. He needs a new fire lit under him. Three days to stew, not to mention rest, would be perfect him I think.

  • http://profile.typepad.com/6p01156f6a54c2970c ToTheRuins

This is somewhat nonsense, considering rondo has still beeen our best player putting up the best numbers, and somehow that is “complacent” to you…and I think what we’re seeing now is instead of rondo getting up for certain mathcups, alot of other PGs our circling his name and getting up to play him….
He deserves to be an all star, and doesnt need some “extra chip on his shoulder” hes earned a spot on the damn all star team, and noone else on the celtics has this season

  • Jon with no H

too bad Sheed and Perk split the vote. Seeing Brad Miller with more votes than Perk is hard to take.

  • Jason

TTR, as the resident expert in spewing nonsense, the only thing I can say is have you watched recent games? He’s taking plays off, his opponents are scoring 30 or dishing 15. He’s having stretches of no production, he’s not staying in front of his man even more than normal. As I said, the last 18 months have been tremendous development, but lately yes he’s been complacent, like he’s arrived. He needs to feel slighted again, to have something to prove.

  • Nora

You weren’t watching earlier this year then. You are full of it
