The Globe reports

Celtics president Danny Ainge told The Globe's Frank Dellapa tonight
that forward Kevin Garnett would have surgery some time next week on
his right knee. Garnett missed 24 games and the postseason with a
sprained right knee. The Celtics have said that the All-Star would have
right knee bone spur surgery that has been postponed previously in
hopes that he could get healthy enough to play in the postseason.

Get well KG! And here’s hoping we keep the Ticket Stub to help ease you into the next season if needed.

Hopefully he bounces back well. There’s no one who works harder than him, so he’ll give it his all. Is anyone else noticing how lame these Staples Center fans are? Our crowds are louder at a preseason game than these phonies are for the Conference Finals. I know it’s always been this way, but I guess it irks me more now that the C’s are out. Everything irks me more now that the C’s are out actually..lol.
