Just sayin'

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Memphis Grizzlies waived forward Darius Miles, who was trying to make a comeback after a two-year absence following knee surgery.

Miles was cut by the Boston Celtics in the preseason and signed with Memphis on Dec. 13. The 27-year-old also served a 10-game league suspension after his signing for violating the league's drug policy.

Id like to see him back but I’m not sure he’s the answer to our bench problems.

  • Nate

  • Darius Miles

I`m glad they took me away so that i could join the defending champs again pls. danny ainge sign me and doc pls. let me play when i get there

  • Danny Ainge

Sorry, Darius. It’s nothing personal. You just didn’t play well enough in the preseason. Even Bill Walker and Patrick O’Bryant who played very well in the preseason aren’t getting any minutes here. Maybe you should call my old friend Kevin in Minnesota. He’ll sign anyone.

he did play some d and he’d be great for all those nights that TA isnt playing well. keep in mind that he was just returning from a long break when he was with the celts. his athleticism and energy could only help the celts right now

Even if they did sign him Doc wouldn’t play him. For some reason they still think TA is going to be a James Posey…

I wanna see him stick somewhere just so Portland has to pay all that loot.

    I’m available also. I’ll sign for 150K.
